Joseph Alexander Paletta

A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1982 Joseph Alexander Paletta obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in European History from Washington & Lee University. In 1985, he received his Juris Doctorate law degree from Duquesne University.

Mr. Paletta is admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Paletta serves as a prominent member of the Allegheny County Bar Association. He is also employed part time as a Trial Division lawyer for the Public Defenders Office in Pittsburgh. Mr. Paletta takes pride in having been appointed a Special Master by U.S. District Court Judge Alan Bloch for the U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania, in 1987.
